Our name with the flame is a combination of Dhir (Wise) and Ira (Goddess Saraswati, Knowledge) in Sanskrit. “Let knowledge be the fire that lights the way forward”.

People put in more effort on Earning rather than Managing money! While earning is important, but managing money wisely, starting today, is crucial for long-term financial success. Dhiraa's focus lies in providing comprehensive financial literacy programs to bridge knowledge gaps, particularly in underserved areas, fostering empowerment and enabling individuals to earn a paycheck, whether for themselves or others.
Financial Literacy
Combination of financial awareness, knowledge, skills, attitude and behaviour necessary to make sound financial decisions and ultimately achieve individual financial well-being (OECD, 2012).
