Dhiraa SkillDev Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization, 80G/12A certified, and a SEBI-registered SMARTs trainer. Established in 2023, Dhiraa is committed to advancing inclusive growth by delivering integrated financial education and skill-building initiatives across India.
We provide contextual, multilingual financial literacy programs designed for diverse communities. Our mission is to build long-term financial well-being by going beyond theory—fostering the behaviours, habits, and actions that enable lasting wealth creation and financial security.

Mona Kwatra is Co-Founder of Dhiraa SkillDev Foundation, a financial education start-up (social impact NGO), and 9Colab Ventures. As a seasoned marketing and business strategist with extensive experience in scaling purpose-driven organisations, she focuses on helping brands, businesses and start-ups achieve meaningful growth through targeted marketing communications and business enablement strategies. Her commitment to sustainable development extends beyond Dhiraa through her role as a strategic advisor on the CETE Advisory Board at Tata Institute of Social Sciences since 2022.
Priya Subbaraman
Priya Subbaraman is the Co-Founder and Director of Dhiraa Skilldev Foundation, which is dedicated to creating a financially empowered India by instilling financial discipline as a societal cornerstone, with a special focus on unserved and underserved populations. Her governance expertise extends to her roles as Chairperson of the Board at Sustainable Energy Infra Investment Managers Private Limited (a Mahindra and OTPP sponsored entity) and Director at Axis Asset Management. Previously she was Chief Regulatory Officer with the National Stock Exchange. Recently, she joined the Development Council at the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), where she contributes to strengthen compliance and capacity building for Social Purpose Organizations.
